Milind Limaye | | Customer complaint handling is very crucial for organizational success. Many organizations go defensive when there is a customer complaint. It is impossible to have 'Zero' customer complaints as six sigma allows 3.4 defects per million instances. But it is considered as something impossible. We not only offend the customer by defending ourselves, we also stop our own improvement. We have planned 2 day workshop on the topic 'Customer Complaint Handling Process'
